How do I place an order?

You can visit our website www.themerchants.com.au and register with us for free. Just select the items of your choice and check out. Shop online with 100% secure shopping 24 hours a days 7 days a week.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Once you have placed an order on-line, we will ship it within the next 1-2 business days. It takes 2-8 business days for the shipment to arrive at your location (time varies based on your location in Australia). We will email you your shipping tracking ID and contact details once your product has been shipped. So, you can easily track your products. You can also arrange for your own shipping company to pick up your product.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards.  We also provide the payment options of money order, bank cheque, direct deposit and internet banking.

How secure are my credit card details?

All of our on-line payments are processed by Stripe. No Credit Card details are stored on our servers, everything is processed via Stripe.

Can I pick up my purchase?

Yes, you can pick up your purchase from our warehouse. In order to provide our customer with the very best service, please allow us at least 24-48 hours for the orders to be ready for pick up. For larger items may require additional time to be ready for pick up. Once purchased we will confirm a pick up date, time and location via email.

Is there any additional cost for pick up ?

No, there is no additional cost to your purchase for pick up of general items from either our showroom or our warehouse. If items are to be packed on pallet, there may be additional cost. Please contact us at sales@themerchants.com.au for more information.
